SEIS Deficiency Memo-CP-11.25.13.pdf
Looking through what I have received to date, I believe we still need these outstanding items
3. Water Report
4. Sewer Report
7. Revised impervious surface area calculations perthe removalof the two 1.2-unit buildings in the marina upland area
(your previous note indicated Natalie was calculating this)
10. Map showing wellhead protection areas around the two existing wells and a list of restrictions in these areas (plus
any correspondence with DOH regarding written variances for paving and sanitary sewer forcemains) - this was
requested to be included by Sandy Mackie.
A few items have been sent to me but need to be revised
2. Energy Supply memo from Scott Taylor of Mason County PUD - the 'xxx years' needs to be replaced with more
specific timeframes.
8and9. ReviseddatatablesfromGMHArchitects(Natalie)-yousentmethetablesforAltsland2,butyouexpressed
concern about the accuracy of the data and were going to get back to me
The other items in the attached deficiency memo have been received and are adequate for the SEIS.
