Let's permit the new water storage tank and system with a shoreline exemption (JCC 18.25.090(3)) and exempt from
SEPA if conveyance lines are under eight inches at this time with a condition that when the BSP is amended for the
Zipline (after SEIS/DA/DR), the new water tank will be identified on the face of the BSP.

Subject: Pleasant Harbor Marina - BSP
David,
We had discussed revising the BSP to allow a future Zip Line landing area at the pool.
Since the Zip Line originates in the tt/PR arca - I assume that revising the BSP for that purpose must
wait until the SEIS, Zoning, and Development Agreement processes are complete. Do you concur?
We are in the process of increasing water storage volume for the marina water system. The BSP
shows the water storage existing location but does not specifically call it out on the attached
sheet. One option for water tank construction is at the well site at the north end of the marina
property. lt is much more accessible for tank and piping construction. Another location is near the
old pool. The existing tank site is the third location option. The proposed water tank could be 16' dia X
20' high or similar dimensions.
Can we amend the existing BSP to include a new tank at the well site or at the old pool site at this
time? lf so, how soon could we complete the amendment process?
Thank you
