David - I've tried to neview these comments and compane them to the 2@L2WetJ-and Mitigation
P1an, but without access to the 2OO9 Draft hJetland Mitigation PIan, it's not always clear
what the comments may be referring to. It was oun undenstanding that aII neports wene peer
reviewed and finalized before we began the SEIS (this is stated in our scope of work
assumptions). Do you have notes fnom these peer reviews? If not, you may need to contact
GeoEngineers directly to determine if these comments were incorponated into the 20L2 Wetland
Mitigation PIan, 2OLL Habitat Management PIan, and 2OLL Fish and Wildlife Assessment.
