I have the comment matrices and summary memo ready to go, with the exception of the response to comments for the
Water Supply and Groundwater Report from Scott Bender. Scott indicated below that he will have his responses to me
byMonday.Assoonaslreceivehisresponses, lwillsendthesetofftoyou. Thesummarymemoandmatricescan
easily be sent via e-mail, but to include the County/peer review comments and author/consultant responses would be
right around 10 MB. l'll see if it's sendable on Monday. This would not include the original reports on which the
comments were based. I could post everything to a temporary FTP site as well next week.

Water 5upply and Groundwater report that I sent to you last Thursday. lt should be a fairly brief exercise. We are

lf an updated Water Supply and Groundwater report was not generated, we will need Scott to respond
to each of Bill's comments at least in written format. Scott's e-mail response to Vicki Morris in January
2010 was "Most of these comments come from an incomplete understanding of the project by the
reviewer. A few of these can be expanded upon in the report." He will need to clarify the project data in
his response so that we know he responded to Bill's comment, even if nothing in the report is changed.
l've attached a table that we've been using for each of the reports where we will be entering his
response to Bill's comments.

Craig - I wanted to check with you to confirm we have all the correct documents for peer review. There
are 2 documents l'd like to confirm.
We have the 2008 Water Supply and Groundwater report that was titled Draft in the filename but not in
the document itself. As I understand it, that document was never revised after the County and Bill
Persich of Brown & Caldwell reviewed it (attached). There was only a brief addendum/letter drafted in
2012 (also attached) that did not include the 2008 info. ls this correct? That is my understanding, I will
verify with Scott that there are no other documents.
Second, we have the Wastewater Reclamation Plant Process report that was reviewed by Bill Persich of
Brown & Caldwell (attached). We have Esvelt's written response to these comments (attached), but not
a revised report. Has such a report been generated? See attached
