RE: SEIS Approval Process timeline
Hello David and Karen
Because the information being reformatted by our consultant Aaron Goforth reflects
the BOCC requirements for created jobs , Aaron is also providing the information in the context
of his stand alone Phasing Plan .
The Phasing Plan has removed the Marina Development Area (BSP) from the costs and scope of
work in
developing the Pleasant Harbor Resort. (even though it remains as an integral part of the MPR)
The Job calculations will now be presented based on only 4 phases .
Each phase needs to be a stand-alone economic facility that has a connection to the other phases.
The revised report is in the process of demonstrating the thought that supports this
independence with a connection
to the completed resort development.
Expect this revision shortly to meet the aforementioned criteria

NOTE: What a shame that Jefferson County decided Thursday to allow something other than
common sense
along with job creation ; in the case of the non-approval for the permitting of our BISTRO ?
I thought the BOCC mandate was serious about putting people to work in the County ?
Do you know where and by whom this decision was made, because DOH says it was not
their decision ?
