Johnson Subject: RE: Pleasant Harbor MPR JT, Upon initial review of the DA (Section 3.10), I notice there are missing MOUs (Housing, Parks & Recreation, Health Care) that are needed to satisfy condition 63c. Attached are the MOUs that I have received which include the aforementioned, as well as school, sheriff, transit and fire. What's your understanding regarding same? Hi David- Thanks for your patience-it's been a cl'azy week. Attached is the draft zoning ordinance and development agreement for the Pleasant Harbor MPR. As I mentioned, we are still finalizing other documents (ie water and sewer plans) which may result in modifications of these documents. That said, I think we are sufficiently far enough along that it makes sense to get the County's input at this stage. Please let me know if you have any questions.
