We'll move Appendix T (public amenities, development agreement and zoning) up the list to become the new Appendix S. Attached is the appendix we were thinking should be deleted. lt contains a very short EIS section/write-up (this was previously Section 3.L8 in the SEIS, and we moved it to the appendices per our discussions a couple months ago), as well as two technical reports. Garth had mentioned that these reports were outdated. That being the case, and since the section doesn't relate to a BoCC condition and is not typically an element of the environment included in an ElS, we thought it would just be best to remove it. l'm sending this in two emails, due to large file size Thanksl Kristy Kristy M.
