The Wright Johnson report will be Appendix N. And the Appendix S that I sent willjust be deleted from the
document. We'll move Appendix T (public amenities, development agreement and zoning) up the list to become the
new Appendix S. Sorry, getting a little confusing with all the moving around, l've listed the updated list of Appendices
below, just let me know if you still have questions.
I located the Distribution List, attached. Can you confirm for me that this is still current?

Hi David,
Sorry I missed your calls earlier. Attached is the appendix we were thinking should be deleted. lt contains a very short
EIS section/write-up (this was previously Section 3.L8 in the SEIS, and we moved it to the appendices per our discussions
a couple months ago), as well as two technical reports. Garth had mentioned that these reports were outdated. That
being the case, and since the section doesn't relate to a BoCC condition and is not typically an element of the
environment included in an ElS, we thought it would just be best to remove it.
