The aforementioned project is at the Pre-Public Hearing stage for BoCC recommendations to process the
Final SEIS.
The Applicant and Jefferson County have agreed to the engagement for services that require certainty to
this lengthy process and procedures as follows:
o Repetitive Issues raised that have been previously addressed, will not require additional
explanations by the applicant.o Positive Issues are to be acknowledged without further comments.o New Issues raised that have yet to be addressed will require a written description from EA
Engineering to the Applicant's Consultant for a written response.
Could you please confirm the date for the Final Public Hearing as either May 6ft or June 3'd,2Ol5?
Could you please confirrn the date for the Development Agreement and the detail required for this
application and the anticipated date for another public hearing?
Could you please provide the date for the resolution for the release of the Development Agreement, and
whether this is by phase or for the full development?
Could you further advise if a non-resident/non-tax-payer of Jefferson County has Standing that would be
considered by Jefferson County should they vocalize for or against a proposed development within the
County?
