l'll have to get back to you on that with a firm answer, since we are in the process of reviewing the comments and some
of them had to do with monitoring - I think we are going to require PH to pay for testing (monitoring), but that it would
be the land owners responsibility to do the testing.

When you get a chance can we talk about where we are currently with Pleasant Harbor Resort permitting? I have
someone who is contacting ECY regarding MPR approval that including testing for chlorides on adjoining properties. I
can't recall if that agreement was to have Pleasant Harbor do the testing or is it the responsibility of the land owners...?
