I need to have a single point of contact with the applicant for consistency and efficiency sake, and that has been Craig. Unfortunately, he could not answer this question, and l'm sure there are others that you will know the answer to. We are not trying to exclude you from the process, just need to avoid confusion and multiple answers to the same questions. We also provide accommodation for our Executive Coaches who occupy family units called VISTAS. At present we have +l-22 new employees and 5 returning employees who reside in the vicinity of PHR. This building is shown on the plan as the AGRI-CENTER where housing is built over the Concrete Base Structure. These suites are similar to what is offered to the Time-Share industry and work well for our staffing needs. Part-time Employee: 22 hours per week or less> Full-Time Employee: Greater< than 22 hours per week Jeff Holland et al have also addressed the Fiscal lssues that were raised through the request for responses. How will Statesman provide housing or compensation to these employees to satisfy condition #g? Can you answer her question regarding part time vs. full time employees? Thanks! I see a dialog was started yesterday between David and Garth related to the fiscal report. Perhaps that will evolve into a resolution of that topic. Have a good Tuesday. PT - did you hear anything back by any chance? BoCC Condition 63 (g)requires: "the developershall provide affordable housing (e.g., no more than 30%of household income)forthe Brinnon MPR workers roughly proportionalto the number of jobs created that earn 80%or less of the Brinnon area AMl." There are 52 units of employee housing proposed, for 104 people in total, which leaves 113 employees earning 80% or less of the AMI without housing (223 employees out of 225 total estimated to earn 80% or belowtheAMlaccordingtoWrightJohnsonreport). Sol'mtryingtounderstandifsomeoftheoperationalemployees are perhaps part time workers? We can also discuss further on Monday - thanks for your help ! Kristy Kristy M.
