You mentioned that if there are concems for the Navy pertaining to the development of the Resort, it is only relative to protecting those areas that are related to security, transient boat traffic, and sound transmission such as the Dabob Bay Range. Obviously we wish to comply and be good neighbors with the Navy. Following are a few points of agreement that we discussed during our meeting; We would be interested in assisting the Navy with an educational program to inform boaters of restricted areas and specifically the lighrdert systern that requires compliance. a We also agreed that the Marina has no plans to sell aviation fuel. We also agreed that we would set in place a compliance for Pleasant Harbor Marina Resort where seadoos are not approved for use in our DNR area of control. NOTE: Although we do not control the Harbor outside of our DNR lease, we would recommend the Navy post signage that prevents seadoos from the Washington State Fish & Wildlife Boat Launch. We thank you for the opportunity to explain the facts pertaining to Pleasant Harbor Marina Resort, and to provide you with a tour of the area. Please contact this writer or Don Coleman when you might be ready to initiate the educational programs for boater's compliance. o a Y,truloursY {-k M. darth Mann Pleasant Harbor Marina Resort. 308913 US Hwy 101 Brinnon, WA 93820 Ju\y27,2015
