3. County and Applicant review and submit comments to Consultant one week after release of

4. Consultant makes any corrections and forwards Final Final SEIS to DCD - November 23,2Ot5

5. Draft Notice of Availability of Final SEIS, PC Public Hearing and intent to amend UDC to
Commerce (60 days prior to final BoCC action), to include: general information on FSEIS and
important facts to be aware of; where to get a copy (free on-line; at SOS print shop; CD available
for purchase; Desk Copy at DCD); Planning Commission Public Hearing: Januarv 5th, 2015.
Notice must be to the Leader by November 23,2015 at or before noon. ??

Planning Commission & BoCC review and approval process
1. Schedule BoCC Monday afternoon information session after release of FSEIS
2. Draft Press Release to include all of the above under #5 plus update to webpage
3. Present staff report at regularly scheduled Planning Commission public hearing with Applicant
and Consultant on Januarv 6. 2016 6:30pm at the Brinnon School House Gym
4. Planning Commission deliberates and makes a recommendation to the BoCC on the Zoning and
Development Regulations (DR) and possibly the Development Agreementl
5. Draft Agenda and Notice for BoCC public hearing (10 days prior to hearing) on approval of the
Development Agreement (DA)
6. Present staff report and Planning Commission Recommendation at BoCC public hearing for DA
(date to be determined)
7. Draft Ordinance as directed by BoCC to approve DR and DA
8. Draft consent agenda for BoCC to sign DA - signing must take place 60 days after notice to
Commerce
1 The BoCC must hold their own public hearing before approval of the DA, but may want the Planning Commission
to review the DA and make a recommend.
