RE: Pleasant Harbor - Alternative 3
GolfCourse Wetland Mitigation plan and Wildlife corridor map.pdf
Good Morning Craig,
I took a look at the grading plan and was comparing it to the habitat corridor figure (attached) we have in our habitat
management plan report. I realize there will be less cut and fill with the new alternative and therefore more of the
native vegetation will remain. However, although it is hard to tell from the grading plan, it looks like the habitat
corridors are more isolated and connections to other areas have been cut off. The point of the habitat corridors is that
they would connect to other native vegetated areas. For instance, one of the areas l'm looking at are the areas east and
south of the wetland B pond.
I just wanted to check in with you about that and check if some of the corridors have changed? Or is it because we are
only looking at the grading plan?
Thanks,
Jennifer

HiKristy,
Thanks for the information; l'm going through this now. But I did want to check in with you because I don't think l've
seen an updated grading plan yet. Have we received that? lf so, can you send it to me?
I also took a look at the reports you listed. The Habitat Management Plan and the mitigation plan are finalized and you
have the latest version. I have looked into the Golf Course Development and Operation Best Management Practices
Plan report. lt turns out that we never finalized that report because Garth was going to have another company finalize
the report.
Thanks for the help and let me know if you have any questions.

Subject: Pleasant Harbor - Alternative 3
Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for your call this morning. As per our discussion, attached are the sections of the Final SEIS that are related to
reports by GeoEngineers. These sections show new information for Alternative 3 (9-hole golf course) shaded in
gray. Can you let us know if a brief review of Alt. 3 site plan, data, and SEIS sections (including additional info if
necessary) will be outside your current scope of work, and if so what additional level of effort this might entail?
Also, we have the following GeoEngineers reports as appendices in the SEIS.
o Golf Course Development and Operation Best Management Practices Plan - Jan. 6,2072
o Habitat Management Plan, Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Report - Jan.27,2012
o Wetland and Wetland Buffer Mitigation Plan Report - Jan.26,2012

Thanks for your help Jennifer.
