Just as a FYI: I got a call from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers today asking about the Black Point wetlands. The Jurisdictional Determination previously made by the Corps for wetlands
within the Black Point project area has expired (JDs are good for five years) so the applicant or his consultants will likely need to initiate a new one. The way that the Corps views
wetland hydrologic connectivity has changed since the original JD, so there is the potential that a new JD may have a different result than the expired one.
