Enforcement Provisions
This is the proposed code for the Pleasant Harbor MPR
17.60.130 Enforcement
The enforcement provisions codified in Chapter 1,8.50 Enforcement of Title 18 of the
Jefferson County Code as currently enacted or as hereafter amended shall apply to any alleged
violation of Title 17, Article ll, more commonly known as the" Pleasant Harbor MPR Code."
