Statesman Corporation
The development of certain lands as referred above had been cleared by the Department of the
Army, Regulatory Branch in March 2007.
Irrespective, the design for the site has been amended as requested by Jefferson County to not
include any alterations to wetlands that had been identified on the original plans.
Specifically, the area identified as wetlands b, c, and d will not be altered or disturbed with the
proposed amendments.
