Mr. Morley-
We represent the Statesman Group of Companies ("Statesman") and proponent of the Pleasant Harbor MPR. As you
know, Statesman has spent considerable time, money and effort over the last decade to carefully and thoughtfully
design a master planned resort that will allow people to enjoy the natural beauty the Brinnon area has to offer and to
ensure that and development preserves that beauty. lt is our understanding that Jefferson County will be hosting a
meeting with representatives of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe ("S'Klallam Tribe") regarding concerns it has with the
adequacy of the FSEIS. We respectfully request that representatives of Statesman be allowed to attend and participate
in that meeting. Statesman, as the project proponent, is best suited to explain the details of its project and to address
concerns raised by S'Klallam Tribe.
Please confirm the meeting location and time so that Statesman representatives may attend. Also, to the extent an
agenda has been prepared I would appreciate you forwarding me a copy so we can prepared to add the
discussion. Contact me with any questions.
