Height restrictions.
No building or structure shall be erected, enlarged or structurally modified to exceed 35 feet in height,
excluding roof projections, as measured by UBC standards, except that hotels and associated conference center
facilities, as specified in the Resort Plan (see Chapter 17.50 JCC) may be allowed to a height not exceeding 50
feet as measured by UBC standards when the Jefferson County Fire District (#3) finds that firefighting and life
