The consultant used our map in their report; just changed the color (note Source). County Code on CARAs also attached. Note (4) on golf courses. Also, the Steep Slope along the south boundary is a land slide hazard area and would require a 30 foot buffer with 10 foot building setback from the top of the bank. That could be reduced to 15 feet with a Geotechnical report that demonstrated slope sta bility.
