Attached is a report on recommended marine shoreline buffers. See the bottom of page 6 regarding a discussion on
"marine riparian areas." Page 8 discusses riparian protection zone recommendations. Page 14 has a table on required
buffers. Note that under the Natural shoreline designation (the alack Point south steep slope is also a Natural
designation) the recommended riparian buffer is 1"00 feet from Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) with a high bluff
standard buffer of 200 feet from OHWM, or 50 feet from top of bank, whichever is greater.
