David, please proceed with your meetings with Roma Call. I believe David Sullivan and Jeromy Sullivan agreed verbally
that you two should work together. Your work with Roma should be able to proceed without impact at present by the
on-going discussions between David Sullivan and Jeromy Sullivan. Let me know if Roma tells you otherwise.
