Please mark this on your calendars. The purpose of the field visit is to assess and discuss the risks of conflicts between the Duckabush elk herd and the development—particularly the golf course and landscaping—and how to reduce the risks. This will include spending some time on the development site and also visiting some key points in the home range of the Duckabush elk herd. Don Coleman and I will develop an agenda for the site visit and will send it out to the rest of you by the second week of October.
