a state law found at RCW 42.56. Under the Public Records law the County
must release this e-mail and its contents to any person who asks to
obtain a copy (or for inspection) of this e-mail unless it is also
exempt from production to the requester according to state law,
including RCW 42.56 and other state laws.

What you sent says: “Please find attached the excerpt from the
Draft Development Agreement relating to Friday’s (9/15) teleconference
call at 3:30.” The exemption log also talks about an excerpt - not the
entire development agreement. The excerpt is the proposal from the
developer I was talking about. The County has not provided the
development agreement to the PGST. I will ask Jodi to send you the
excerpt.

Barbara,
I have attached two emails and one calendar appt. I have
also attached an exemption log from the documents that is still in draft
form that was attached to the email.
These are all documents related to the Sept 15th meeting
between the County, S’Klallam Tribe, and Garth Mann. This will complete
our response to this records request.
