As indicated during our meeting last week, the Tribe has applied for a
determination regarding the classification of the site housing the
kettles and wetlands as a Traditional Cultural Property. The Tribe
expects to receive a determination shortly. Accordingly, the Tribe
expects to provide its substantive edits to the Development Agreement
after it has received a determination from the State.
However, in the interim, the Tribe would like to provide the attached
edits to the Development Agreement. Suggested insertions are denoted
with an underline and deletions are noted with a strike through.
