The following items are needed/required per Ordinance 01-0128-08 and FSEIS to become an appendix to the Development Agreement:
1. Condition d) – List of required amenities with conditions for public access
2. Condition l) - Wildlife Management Plan shall be developed in consultation with WDFW and local tribes.
3. Condition s) – Conservation Easement in perpetuity and irrevocable. This does not include the tribes. Language needs to be included in the easement that the Developer at its expense,
shall manage the easements to include removing, when appropriate, naturally fallen trees, and replanting to retain a natural visual separation of the development from HWY 101.
4. In addition to the above, a vegetation management plan based on the 2012 Prescriptive Vegetation Management Plan template shall be developed to address BoCC conditions 63 (s), (u),
(v), & (w). The Vegetation Management Plan at a minimum needs to address the following:
a. Invasive and noxious species
b. Firewise safety
c. the draft “forest report” dated 8/19/09 as prepared by Resource Management Group should be finalized with its referenced attachments and included as an appendix to the Vegetation
Management Plan
5. “Master Plan”
6. Updated phasing plans
