l'm getting back to you regarding the WDFW boat launch road that you mentioned in our 72/1,4/16 meeting and that
you'd like to keep it as it currently exists. My research in the FSEIS Volume L and 3 identifies that current configuration
of this road presents a public safety issue and the re-alignment of it is necessary to reduce this impact.
Based on the above in the FSEIS, the road will need to be re-aligned as planned and referenced in the FSEIS
I also met with Don this morning to go over the MOU's. I will be contacting WDFW today to see if I can get some
response from them and to move forward on this MOU. l'll also contact Tom Aumock, (who is a retired Port Townsend
Fire Chief employed by DCD to cover Fire Marshall services for Jefferson County) and have him take a look at the Fire
MOU,
l'm still diligently working on getting the file in order
