Condition d of Ordinance 01- 0128-08 requires the list of amenities along with conditions for public access. This list will become an appendix to the Development Agreement. Additionally, inyourupdatedlisttomeyouhaveidentifiedasoccerfieldoverthedrainfield. lspokewithoneofthe registered sanitarian's of Jefferson County Environmental Health and was informed the placement of a soccer field over the drainfield will only be allowed if the approving authority of the drainfield allows it. The approving authority will look at a minimum of what type of sewage treatment system is proposed, placement of the soccer field over it and the maintenance of the soccer field for potential impacts to the sewage system.
