Ordinance 01-0128-08 finding #63 is where it says the BoCC has approved the MPR subject to the 30 conditions. RCW
36.70A.360 allows "urban growth" outside of a UGA, such as a MPR.
Just a thought/question? How can someone apply for a comp plan amendment to place a different designation on
someone else's property? Would this be considered a takings? All county forms require the property owners signature
for the property to be re-zoned...

l. Could you send us any ordinance or resolution that authorizes that MPR be placed on any
map of Black Point, or any ordinance or resolution adopting the MPR designation?

2. What are the county's procedures for amending the comprehensive plan to replace
the MPR designation with another designation? When do you accept this sort of
application for amendments to the comprehensive plan?
