Would they prefer a Golf Course Driving Range versus a Soccer Field?
The drain field is the recommended and required back-up system to support a secondary
system to the Waste Water Treatment Plant.

l'm looking for the updated list of amenities in the format per the attached document. Condition d of Ordinance 01-
0128-08 requires the list of amenities along with conditions for public access. This list will become an appendix to the
Development Agreement.
Additionally, in your updated list to me you have identified a soccer field over the drain field. I spoke with one of the
registered sanitarian's of Jefferson County Environmental Health and was informed the placement of a soccer field over
thedrainfieldwillonlybeallowediftheapprovingauthorityofthedrainfieldallowsit. Theapprovingauthoritywill look
at a minimum of what type of sewage treatment system is proposed, placement of the soccer field over it and the
maintenance of the soccer field for potential impacts to the sewage system.
