However, PGST states: "We oppose this project, due to the significant adverse effects that a shellfish harvest area closure would have on the Tribe's subsistence, ceremonial and commercial harvest, as well as the significant damages to Traditional Cultural Properties (TCPs) by the proposed water storage ponds in Kettle Ponds B and C. Even though we are commenting on water quality issues in this letter, we do not want to give the impression that we approve of this project once the water quality issues have been addressed." Ordinance 01-0128-08, Condition "1" requires the county to consult with the PGST and WDFW. Concern is with PGST and them possibly not willing to sign off on the MOU since they are now on record as "opposed" to the project. Possible re-location of stormwater from Kettle B; may trigger either an addendum or supplement to the FSEIS. Wildlife Management plan: needs to be developed in consultation with the tribes and WDFW. Applicant believes the 2012 Habitat Management Plan suffices for the Wildlife Management Plan but it wasn't developed in consultation with the Tribes or WDFW. 2 3 4. MOU',s 5. 6. 7.
