The Tribe was giving authorization to proceed by the Tribal Council on January 23,2017. (The FSEIS released in December 2015 identifies Kettle B as the stormwater pond for the proposed development). Based on a phone conversation (5/15/17) with Gretchen Kaehler of Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP), in order for PGST to pursue "Traditional Cultural Property" the Tribe will need to show "tradition of use over time" and to pursue a "listing" the property owner's signature is required. As of the date of the phone call with Gretchen and Michelle Farfan, no formal paper work has been submitted to DAPH for review of "Traditional Cultural Property."
