Dear Sam,
Thank you for your letter of May 1,2017 regarding the above referenced subject. We want to thank you for the
thoughtful comments submitted on behalf of the PGST and will considerthose comments relative to our 15 March
20'17 request for comments and feedback on the draft water quality monitoring plan for the Pleasant Harbor MPR.
We appreciate the other comments included by PGST regarding tribal treaty rights and traditional and historic
uses. We respect the Tribe's concerns over these important items.
We inadvertently referenced the document that we were requesting review on as a "Draft Water Quality MOU.' lt
is a draft plan and apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
We continue to look forward to working with you and the PGST on this project.
