SUBJECT: Cultural Resources Management
PARTICIPANTS: Roma Call, PGST and PGST Attorney; Phil Hunsucker, Michelle Farfan, Patty C (will call in from the road);
Garth Mann, JT Cooke, Statesman
At the time of this writing, we do not have confirmation from Garth via JT that gives us permission to excerpt a section(s)
of the Development Agreement on Cultural Resources so that this meeting can indeed occur. JT is aware that we desire
this meeting to occur on this date.
We expect that permission. JT is to provide us an answer at COB Friday, Sept 8th or very soon thereafter
IMPORTANT: I left a voice mail with Roma describing what we would like to do provided we are given the go ahead by
Statesman
WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN: As soon as we receive that confirmation, formal outlook invitations/appointments and/or
emails (or both) need to occur ASAP to the participants listed above. The excerpt should be provided to Roma Thursday
afternoon with Phil H’s guidance. Confirmation of all listed participants needs to be validated or this meeting will need
to be rescheduled to the very next available day/date.
I respectfully ask Michelle and Nicole to please carry out the “WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN” .
I will be out of the office Monday through Friday 9/11‐15 but will be checking emails and voicemails and have my work
