As you know I am out of the office today getting my arm checked out in Federal Way.
On Friday, we were working to schedule a Cultural Resources discussion between Statesman (Garth and JT),
JeffCo (PhilH, you and I) and PGST (Roma, their cultural res person and attorney). This was based on
permission by Garth thru JT to share an excerpt of the internal draft DA on cultural resources.
I need your help to reschedule this. Please call JT per his email that I am forwarding and see if this can occur
Monday morning before noon. Coordination needs to be brisk and simultaneous with Statesman and
importantly PGST whom I had not heard back from.
I will do my best to withdraw/cancel the invite I sent late Friday. Thank you in advance for your help.
Copied here is Jodi on case Michelle is out today. Please let me know

Garth is not available at noon PST on the 15th. Can we push the meeting up to earlier on the 15th
or another day? I did not understand that Garth needed prep time prior to his afternoon
commitment on the 15th. He is presenting to a large group and can't move the meeting.
My apologies for the inconvenience. I'll give you a call Monday to follow up.
