I am happy to finalize the draft letter responding to PGST Aug 9 letter. You have and have had a little too much to do
from our direction AND I can put in the items that I suggested be put in when I shared the draft with you and Michelle. I
wish to add to/improve response to the many times Tribes have complained when the various items that have been
shared with them for review and comment (e.g., water quality monitoring plan; wildlife management plan) were "not
developed on consultation with local tribes."
I think we all agree that sharing these items as we have at the stage that they are in fulfills the very consultations that
are being complained about.
Unless you protest PhilH I can prepare a second draft this time on letterhead and we can circulate for further discussion
at Monday's Exec Session. Do you need our help in scheduling that?
