It is my pleasure to report that the staff reports accompanying the
proposed development regulations and the staff report accompanying the
proposed development agreement are now uploaded to the updated Pleasant
Harbor MPR web page.
Not enough appreciative words can be said to all who have helped get
these substantial documents completed and the long, hard hours spent
working on them.
The staff report on the development regulations is 88 pages and five
attachments. It includes the matrix comparing Planning Commission
recommended regs with staff proposed revisions and also a matrix
discussing the Planning Commission July 2016 letter to the Board of
County Commissioners.
The staff report on the development agreement is 35 pages and provides
links to the agreement’s thirty-one attachments.
An updated power point presentation and Agenda Request will be prepared
and transmitted one week from today.
