Commissioners, today the Department of Community Development has posted on the DCD web page an update to the
Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Resort. It provides links to:
DCD’s recommended Development Agreement,
the Planning Commission’s 2016 recommended Development Regulations,
DCD’s recommended Development Regulations, and
Recent Tribal Consultations

Please feel free to familiarize yourselves to these documents. On Tuesday, January 16, DCD will jointly brief the BoCC
