2. Page 3. 17.60.070 Line 4: Delete the extra period and extra space after "...under each zone".
3.Page3 Line1. 17.60.080: Addworduses. "Existingnonconformingusesinall zones..."
4. Page 11. 17.80.020(3)(l): There is a missing word at the end of the sentence. "...at the proposed
what?,."
5. Page 11. 17.80.020(aXc): The second sentence is a sentence fragment. The meaning is not clear
6. Page 12. 17 .80.030(1)(a)i and ii: Here and throughout the document the words "Environment" and
"Environmental" are used interchangeably in referring to the "E" in FEIS. Best to pick one form of the
word.
7. Page 15 Line 2. 17.80.070(1): The word "great" should read "greater".
B. Page 15. 17.80.070(1)(i): This is a run-on sentence. The intended meaning is not clear

9. Throughout the document the margins are justified in some sections but not in others, This is
distracting, even in a draft document. Personally I prefer no justification.
