Notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2018 the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners approved
Ordinance 03-0604-18 amending Jefferson County Code Title 17 adding a Chapter and entitling it
‘Master Planned Resorts’ and amending Title 18 ‘Unified Development Code’ regarding the Pleasant
Harbor Master Planned Resort. Copies of the approved ordinance and regulations may be viewed at the
