STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
ADVISORY BOARD RESIGNATION re: Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board; Soozie Nichol
ANALYSIS:
An email was received from Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board District No. 2 Member, Soozie
Nichol. Ms.Nichol's term on the JCNWCB expired in March 2020 and she had been unsuccessful in finding a
replacement but has continued to serve as support to this Board. One of her goals before her resignation,was to
clarify roles of the Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board Members. With the recent communication,
it looks as though these roles are being defined.
Ms.Nichols sends her thanks for the time and energy put towards supporting the work of the Jefferson County
Noxious Weed Control Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept ADVISORY BOARD RESIGNATION re: Jefferson CountyNoxious Weed Control Board; Soozie
