Improvement Plan (CIP)
1. Introduction and overview
2. Review the list of projects; add or
remove projects based on board
input.
3. Review evaluation criteria and the
respective weights of each criteria.
4. Evaluate each project by assigning
points to each criteria as a group
using a consensus based approach.

displayed on the
screen in the
conference room.
