SUBJECT: Housing Capital Needs Discussion
STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The BOCC desires to use ARPA funds to create additional housing
opportunities to address the critical housing shortage in the County. Commissioners are involved in many
disparate conversations about housing needs. In order to all obtain the same information, housing
providers will join the BOCC to discuss needs, priorities and projects in the pipeline to help inform ARPA
funding decisions.
ANALYSIS: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Commissioners and housing providers will discuss potential housing projects in
an effort to identify the opportunities for investment in housing that will create the greatest benefit and
impact.
