SUBJECT: Jail Inmate Medical Services Agreement
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jail Inmate Medical Services agreement between Jefferson County Jail and Health Care Delivery Systems
Inc. for purposes of providing medical services to the inmate population.
ANALYSIS:
This agreement is for a one-year term with the option of one-year renewal periods for up to four subsequent
years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$245680.00
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the board approves this contract amendment.
