Peterson, AICP'J2 Ilk David Wayne Johnson, Interim Planning Manager Date: August 16, 2021 Consent Agenda Subject: Final Short Plat Approval, "Seaview Meadows Short Plat", MLA20-00031/SUB2020-00003 Statement of Issue: Seaview Meadows Short Plat is located at 611 Old Gardiner Road and is a short subdivision of a 49.8-acre, RR-10 parcel into four parcels of roughly equivalent size. The lots are served by Gardiner LUD public water (JeffPUD#1), JeffPUD#1 electric service, and individual on-site septic systems. The short subdivision received preliminary approval on July 1, 2021. The applicant has completed all required improvements pursuant to Chapter 18.35 JCC & RCW 58.17, and now seeks the Board's approval of the Final Short Plat. Analysis: The applicant has met all conditions of each reviewing County department. Fiscal Impact: The short subdivision provides for all applicable services and there is no identifiable fiscal impact related to this requires for final plat approval. The applicant has paid all property taxes for 2021. Recommendation: The Department of Community Development recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve Seaview Meadows Short Plat, sign the survey mylar and paper copies provided, and return to Community Development for further processing.
