Public hearings will be held on October 6, 2003 and October 9, 2003 by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners, at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, W A 98368, for the purpose of fixing the final budget and making tax levies. Any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of the budget.
