BUDGET EXTENSIONS for the
Jefferson County Health Department

RESOLUTION NO. 54-92
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did on the 8th day of June
1992, declare that an emergency existed to provide the total sum of $13,896.00 to the Health
Department for a budget extension due to unanticipated fees and grant reimbursements for programs
and Department services and to set a hearing on said emergency for the 22nd day of June 1992, at
the hour of 11 :30 a.m,; and
WHEREAS; this being the time and place set for said hearing and no objection or
objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the County
Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to extend the budget of the Health Departments for the
amounts per the attached request form.
