WHEREAS, the Jeffer~.on County Roi1nì of Commissioners considel'pd testimony of the public,
cnmments from applicable departments, agencies and offices anrl recommendation ream the
Jefferson County Planning and Building Department at the pubJj(; hearing; élnrl
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners determined at the puhiic hearing that
the public wiU benefit from the amendment of the declaration restrictions and such
amendment complies wH-h the Brinnon CommurÜty Development: Plan and other applicable plans,
po! ides 01' ordinances; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the fo]Jowing bf:' amended pursuant to RCW 58.17.215:
í)ec]i1!'ation of Restriction Number 3, Britmon Beach Recreational Vehicular Park Final
RjIldlne Site Plan, recorded .in Volume 6, pag¡.s 09,102 of Binding SIte Plans, records of

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, ttwt there shall be no further amendment to this amended
final binding site plan for purposes of significant change in lnnd USf:', Any proposal for
flJl'ther sigJlifkant change of land use sha]l be by subdivision application.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that RestrictÜm :~ be revised to state thf:' combination of Lots
20 and 21, and Lot 22 with Tax 10 and Tax 26 into two single' parcels which will permit the
construction of a permanent residential dwelling with an inc.ìependent septic systemi~
