Home My WebLink About127 89 LY!Il\-;{e ~~ 1;¿-4CQ-~ t (10 ~, ~t6 ~-a1-a1 RESOLUTION NO. 127-89 HEARING NOTICE PROPOSED BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS/EXTENSIONS VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS WHEREAS, various Jefferson county Departments have requested budget appropriations for their 1989 budgets due to additional expenditures which were not anticipated at the time of preparing their said budgets; and WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that a need and emergency exists that could not have been foreseen or contemplated at the time of preparing the budgets for 1989 and the sum of $72,658.84 is needed for appropriation from the unencumbered Current Expense Fund; $700,000.00 from the unencumbered Road Fund and $50,000 from the unencumbered Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund as follows: CURRENT EXPENSE: Auditor Clerk Commissioners Coroner District Court Health Juvenile Detention Prosecuting Attorney Recreation Total: 5,134.17 4,911.22 800.00 1,385.00 19,357.00 15,394.00 4,250.00 11,233.41 10,194.04 $72,658.84 ROAD FUND AND EOUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING Roads E R & R Repairs and Maintenance Total: FUND: $700,000.00 50,000.00 $750,000.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared, and that extensions and appropriations be made for the above noted Departments.
