The Monument is an aluminum cap on rebar located 0.4 feet down at the northeast pavement edge
of the eastern portion of old Cook Ave., past the bypass and 20 feet southeast from the end of pavement.
Additional references are shown below.
The Monwnent was recovered in good condition by Tom Morello of this office. However, it should be
noted that there is an additional aluminum cap on rebar with the Jefferson CO\D1ty GPS stamp # 122 DRS that is
located approximately 80 feet northwest from GPSII 102, 1 foot northeast of the end of the concrete barrier
at the end of the road. (There is no GPS information on point # 122 DRS.)

Monument Description: The Monument is an aluminum cap on rebar buried 0.7 foot down in the front yard
of the residence at 933 N. Jacob Miller Road. The Monument is located by to the end of the paved
portion of N. Jacob Miller Road Follow the private road to the east to address 933. Proceed north
keeping to the left at the forle in the road Follow the east property line of said residence to the bluff

Monument Description: The Monument is a triangular instrument base with three foot sides approximately one
foot high on a concrete base. The instrument base has a PK nail in the center for the Monument The Monmnent
is located by following the East Middle Point Road approximately .75 mile to McCurdy Road. Follow McCurdy
Road approximately .3 mile to the end. Follow the trail northeasterly through the steel rail gate approximately 1500
feet to the old steel tank near the bluff: Continue along the trail northwesterly. approximately 200 feet to the monument.
The Monument was recovered in good condition by Tom Morello of this office. However, it should be noted that
the Monument has a high probability of sluffmg off the bluff due to natw"al subsidence as it is perched on the edge.

The disk is a standard U.S. Coast and Goedetic Survey Triangulation Station stamped 'WORDEN". as shown below,
and is located by proceeding through the gate on the road to artillery hill at Fort Worden State Park: the key is
available from the park office: turn right immediately at the first road (Main Batteries). Proceed to the second right .
Follow the road to the end of pavement past the underground water tank. Additional references are shawn below.

Dear Bruce,
As we discussed, here is a progress report on the above referenced project.
Of the 96 GPS points that Tillman Engineering has been commissioned to recover, 35
points have been visited. Of the 35 points that have been visited there have been 2 that
were not located. GPS 100 was obviously destroyed by the installation of underground
utilities and GPS9180 was not found and, with very little information to go on, I feel it
would not be cost effective to pursue the search any further. The other 33 have been
recovered in good condition and reports have been forwarded to you.
I have included a history of the billing and hope that this information will be helpful.
