John L. Pitts. Commissioner B.G. Brown and Commissioner Larry W.

Franchise-Application: Pun #1 for Hastings Loop North and Hastings Loop
South: After Public Works Director, Brian Shelton reported that two
Franchise applications had been received from Public Utility District
#1 for the installation of watermain facilities on their Hastings Loop
North and Hastings Loop South projects, Commissioner Brown moved to set
the public hearing for April 8, 1985 at 2:00 p.m. Comm'ssioner Dennison
seconded the motion.
